The collecting of this data only applies to clients who have signed up for our personalized online training and coaching services and who have been invited to access the app. This data is voluntarily provided by you upon downloading our app and creating a profile, for the purposes of accessing your personalized training program, tracking progress, and providing daily messaging support.

We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain back- ups of our website and/or databases and to enable administration of our website, online services and business. Any Sensitive Data you voluntarily share with us for the purposes of delivering supportive coaching conversations which may include emotional challenges, job changes, family or spousal issues, and other life stressors will not be recorded or shared with anyone outside of our organization. In the event that we decide to begin recording some of these conversations for the sole purpose of training new coaches, we will ensure that we have your consent to do so.
