  • Our Training App Data that includes your name, phone number, email, city and province/state, date of birth, gender, height, workouts completed, weight and any other stats. The collecting of this data only applies to clients who have signed up for our personalized online training and coaching services and who have been invited to access the app. This data is voluntarily provided by you upon downloading our app and creating a profile, for the purposes of accessing your personalized training program, tracking progress, and providing daily messaging support.
  • User Data that includes data about how you use our website and any of our online services and systems. We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain back- ups of our website and/or databases and to enable administration of our website, online services and business.   • Program Results Data including written testimonials, video testimonials, before and after photos and progress stats for the purpose of understanding our program and service effectiveness, and to help us improve the experience of clients and customers who purchase our products/services. We will ONLY share this information you have provided such as testimonials or photos when you have provided your consent for us to do so. These may be shared on our website, social media, or marketing emails for the purposes of providing social proof on the effectiveness of our products, programs and services, to promote our products, programs and services, and to provide others with information on our client’s experiences and results while accessing our products, programs and services.

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you other than the health information we require to create and/or adjust your personalized health, fitness and nutrition plan.

Sensitive Data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, personal finances, criminal convictions and offences.

Any Sensitive Data you voluntarily share with us for the purposes of delivering supportive coaching conversations which may include emotional challenges, job changes, family or spousal issues, and other life stressors will not be recorded or shared with anyone outside of our organization. In the event that we decide to begin recording some of these conversations for the sole purpose of training new coaches, we will ensure that we have your consent to do so.
